Message	I had purchased a door panel and it arrived damaged. Initially Russell said that it would be difficult to locate another "perfect" panel, but, within a week he had located one ,sent a call tag for the damaged panel, and got the new one shipped.............. I will definitely do business with him again and I recommend him highly.
